The PrioryAt all our nurseries children are able to enjoy something special, at no extra cost to their parents! Below you will find information on just some of the Activities that take place at Bristol Childcare:

Run by La Jolie Ronde, these sessions give children the chance to discover a different language. Each week they learn different words and phrases through creative activities such as drawing, sticking or singing.
There’s no homework and no grammar, just another chance to explore the excitements of communication. Get in touch today.
Stretch–n-Gro is structured around a 30 or 45 minute lesson which includes warm up (to a Stretch n Gro warm up story), simple aerobics (to some really fun music and using great props) stretches, cool down and activities which are all designed to help the physical development and wellbeing of your child.
Stretch-n-Gro teaches children that exercise is fun.

With parents’ written permission (you will be asked to sign this on registration) our staff enjoy taking the children out of nursery for exciting and educational trips. At The Priory they go to the Library to chose new books or have lots of active fun at Soft Play.
From Mornington House they walk to the zoo or take a train ride to Temple Meads. At The Court House they visit local shops and the library. Carefully supervised trips are a wonderful way for children to learn and be stimulated by the world around them.

Exciting activities are always on offer at our nurseries. Clay modeling, puppetry, puppet making, clonker boards and baby massage are frequently enjoyed through a network of external experts.
As part of our partnership with parents programme, parents are encouraged to show off their skills and interests to children.

All 3 nurseries now participate in a visit every 3 weeks, whereby, the children have enormous fun learning new skills out in the garden.

The children are able to use their creative minds and Explore different textures whilst using the Clay.
