35. Data protection policy

35.1      The Company will process personal data and sensitive personal data (also known as ‘special categories’ of personal data’) relating to you in accordance with our Confidentiality Policy and Privacy Notice (provided to you separately), as well as in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation.

35.2      The Company may monitor staff in accordance with our policies relating to email, internet, CCTV and communications systems and monitoring at work, as detailed in this Staff Handbook and in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation.

35.3      You will comply with your obligations under our Confidentiality Policy and other relevant policies as directed.
