This year, our Christmas collection was for the Julian Trust Night Shelter in Bristol. Various official surveys have suggested that Bristol has the largest numbers of homeless outside of London. Their website says: “One thing is certain – that those who are roofless, sleeping rough around the city, have the most appalling conditions to contend with. It was for them that the Julian Trust was originally set up and the Trust remains committed to serving the needs of homeless and vulnerable people in Bristol”. Parents and staff generously supported the Trust’s wonderful work and donated many items which Louise and Gemma delivered.
