Unlike most nurseries, we offer childcare for hours that suit you. Attendance can be very flexible as we do not insist on your child attending fixed sessions. All we ask is that your child attends for a minimum of eight hours over at least two days, as it is our experience that any less makes it difficult for a child to settle.
Subject to availability, extra time can be added at short notice. Fees are calculated on a sliding scale so the more hours you do, the less we charge per hour.
When a sibling attends we offer a discount of 5% on the fees for the eldest child.
There are three levels of fees according to the age of the child. When you register we ask you to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £100 – we don’t ask for any deposit.
Fees are paid each calendar monthly in advance and fall due on the 1st of the month. There is a late payment charge if payment is received after the 10th of each month.
Our nurseries are closed between Christmas Eve and 2nd January and for Bank Holidays.
We accept all forms of childcare voucher and operate the both the Universal Funded Entitlement (12 Hours) and the Extended Offer (a further 12 hours of funded childcare) in all our nurseries all year round.
We use ParentZone (Connect Childcare) to manage bookings and issue your bills. You will be given a login and using the app you will be able to see fees, payments, events (such as sleeps and nappy changes) as well as your child’s developmental progress.
