Headspace – another good app, this one was recommended to a staff member by a doctor to help with anxiety, sleep, mindfulness and meditation.
Action For Happiness – based on themes and actions from their popular monthly calendars, giving daily nudges with actions and inspiring messages.
Thrive App – South Glos Council have paid for the licence for this app so that all staff in Early Years settings can access it in order to support their mental heath and wellbeing. The use of this app is totally confidential and no one will know how you chose to use it.
