Fire Safety

We borrowed a wonderful resource from Avon Fire & Rescue Service called ‘ELFS’ – Early Learning Fire Safety.  The children in pre-school have been learning about smoke alarms, the role of a fire-fighter, road safety and good and bad fires.  Children also had some homework to do – to find out where their smoke alarms at home are and to report back to Sally.  They also had opportunities to dress up in child-sized uniforms and role-play their learning.
