This summer the twos at The Court House have enjoyed planting and watching our tomatoes grow. It feels like it has taken FOREVER for them to ripen, ready for us to eat and enjoy, but it has been worth the wait. Whilst waiting for our plants to grow we have talked about how much bigger they have gotten and how much they have changed since we played them back in March. Now that they are a lovely shade of red we have loved picking them and giving them to our chef, Sarah, who has served them to us for our afternoon snack and we have enjoyed feasting on them. We even made our own bread and chopped up the tomatoes to make our own handmade bruschetta.
