It is important to focus on our mental health and wellbeing all the time, as we progress through the ‘road map’ as lockdown eases it is likely that some of us will be finding it more important than ever to put self-care and wellbeing strategies in place. Below are some links you may find useful.

- The mental health charity Mind have a page on tips to help you cope, including ways to support yourself through the pandemic and beyond.
- If you are looking for help and advice all in one place Aspiration Training launched their wellbeing hub last summer. Here you can find information and links to many different topics around wellbeing – including self esteem and confidence, workplace – including work-life balance, learning new skills and finance advice. They also cover trending topics such as Coronavirus and the black lives matter movement.
