Mornington House Butterflies

The children in 2-3s and pre-school have been watching the caterpillars grow and develop. They were fascinated as each butterfly began to emerge from their chrysalis.  After a couple of days feeding them with leaves and sugared water, the children released them into the garden.  One of the boys from the 2-3s room said “Look, they’re flying in the sky!”
