Merry Christmas Pen Pals!
The Court House has been making Christmas cards for their pen pals at Stokeleigh Lodge. Some of the children chose specific residents while others chose to write to the retirement home. The children used a variety of different resources to make their cards including stickers, tissue paper, and coloured pencils. All the children were mindful not to be wasteful, so that their peers had chance to use the resources as well. Once they finished decorating the outside of the cards, the children had chance to write inside the card and then finish it off by writing their own names. We all enjoyed making these cards for our new friends and look forward to hearing back from them.
