The children have been exploring our ENORMOUS Home-Grown Pumpkin this week.
The children have been using a range of tools to pierce the pumpkins. We have been learning all about how to use tools safely, creating patterns and shapes using elastic bands and using lots of mathematical language as they have observed the amount and size of the holes they have created.
This is a fantastic activity that can be repeated again and again.
Who knows where the pumpkin will take us next…….?
