On Thursday 27th August, the children from The Priory were treated to a visit from their local heroes.
Police officers came to visit the children and they were able to ask questions and have a look at some of the things police officers carry.
All the children were very excited as they were invited to take a look inside the police bus (or a riot van as it is commonly known!). They were able to press the buttons to sound the siren and make the light flash.
The children were given stickers and colouring pages so they could remember this wonderful day at nursery.
