We picked some apples from the tree in our garden – we knew they were ripe enough because we just had to give a little twist and they came off the tree. Together we washed and sliced them and put them in a dish with a sprinkling of cinnamon. We then made a crumble mix; we weighed some flour and butter and then rubbed them together with the tips of our fingers. We baked our apple crumble in the oven and had it for pudding. It was very yummy!
