Christmas carols in the garden
At Mornington House, we had a lovely time singing Christmas Carols in the garden with children and parents. It was really cold, but we all wrapped up warm with hats, scarves and gloves. Afterwards we enjoyed hot chocolate and Lou’s delicious home-made mince pies. Merry Christmas everyone!

Drawing flowers at The Priory
Amber asked Katie if she could draw a flower. Katie drew one flower and asked Amber to copy the flower that Katie had drawn. After lots of encouragement Amber felt very proud of herself and drew several flowers. Well done Amber!!
Talking Tots

Happy Diwali
Today we had a visit from Margaret the Librarian. Margaret brought a few books with her to read to the pre-school children. Hopefully in a few weeks we will walk to the Library. We can choose a few books to bring back to nursery to read ourselves.
What else can you do when it’s raining?
The children planned a trip to the park but it started to rain so a quick decision was made and all Preschool children went to Filton Soft Play. They all had a wonderful time!!
