On Saturday evening, the Court House team enjoyed a night out to celebrate their last Ofsted inspection result. With a busy team, this had taken months to book in, but it was perfect timing because we had just found out about lots of qualifications.
The week before it was confirmed that Chloe has qualified with her Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner. Chloe qualified with distinction which is an incredible achievement.
We also found out that Ruby had qualified as a Level 2 practitioner. It’s wonderful to support our apprentices at the start of their career. Ruby is thriving in the team and she will now move on to study for her Level 3.
We were also keen to celebrate that Georgia and Amber have recently qualified as Level 3 Early Years Educators. This has been a huge journey for Georgia and Amber who have also had to overcome the challenges of passing English and Maths alongside their childcare qualifications. This did not come easily for them and they have both shown huge resilience in keeping going with this until they passed.
We think Georgia and Amber are amazing examples of how hard work, commitment, resilience and courage pay off! Thank you to Jo and Chris at Aspiration for all their support.
Finally, we were celebrating Trish who has worked at The Court House for many, many years. Trish first joined us in 1999 but then took some time off for her family before rejoining the Bristol Childcare team. Trish was presented with a gift to celebrate her long service and thank her for her commitment – she is a wonderful member of staff who is incredibly caring to all the children, and the staff. We love how she shares her love of yoga and dance. We are lucky to have you as part of our team, thank you Trish, and thank you to all the staff at The Court House for their hard work and teamwork. We are looking forward to more qualification announcements, hopefully coming soon…
