For lunch at The Court House, babies, twos and preschool all enjoyed a family meal time by having a picnic lunch together in the pre-school! Sarah made some delicious food – cheese and cherry tomato quiche, ham and cheese quiche, potato salad with lemon zest and mint, coleslaw with a Greek yoghurt dressing, mixed garden salad with an olive oil dressing and (a vegan alternative) a sweet potato and caramelised onion roll. For pudding we had mini Victoria sponge, mini chocolate chip shortbread squares, mini dark chocolate cookies and (a vegan alternative) mini banana muffin with buttercream and jam. It was great fun all eating together and enjoying a picnic lunch on a hot day.
