Planting sunflowers for hope

I planted lots of sunflower seeds today in the hope that when the plants are ready, we will be able to plant them out in the nursery gardens with the children. I heard Margaret Atwood on the radio. She said “there’s no point not being optimistic; if you’re not optimistic, you don’t do anything.” So I’ve planted some sunflowers as a way to be positive and hopeful that all the children can return to nursery again soon. I hope that you are all staying safe and well.
