At The Priory recently, Victoria took the children through a few yoga poses to bring back down their energy levels after a dance party. They first checked if they had enough space so they could move freely and fully extend their arms and legs. They took deep breaths during the different poses to relax their muscles. Victoria challenged the children at the end to try the tree pose, which involves balancing on one leg. They all did so well. Well done!
