Friday Fun!
Today the preschool children had fun creating their own pictures on a large sheet of paper in the garden. Fun was had by all.
Redland Green Park
The Twos Room went to Redland Green Park recently. We walked all the way there, learning to stop and look around before crossing the roads. The children were independent and brave, climbing the frames and building sandcastles. We had our snack there too. It was such a lovely morning!
British Flowers Week
This week is British Flowers Week and our friends and neighbours at The Wild Zinnia very kindly brought us a beautiful bunch to brighten our Head Office Reception. Thank you ladies, they smell amazing!

uSports session
The children in preschool have been enjoying Multisports sessions with Ben from uSports. So far they have done movement through stories and ball play. We are looking forward to the sessions throughout the rest of the summer term.
Mud, Glorious Mud!
Talia, who was interested in mud, decided to paint her body and squelch through the mud with her feet. She then decided to make hand and footprints on the path with the mud. Kitchen Inspection
Recently at Mornington House, we had our annual Environmental Health kitchen inspection. For the fifth year in a row Louise has been awarded 5 stars. The officer said “It’s clear you run a tight ship”. Well done Louise!
Cake Sale
Our cake sale at The Priory raised £131. We have just received our poster from the Wallace and Gromit Grand Appeal. Thank you again for all your support.
King’s Coronation
At Mornington House we all celebrated King Charles’ coronation. The babies loved exploring messy play in the tuff tray with union jack cups and flags, silver plates and rice. The Twos and Preschool children made crowns and we all enjoyed scones, jam and cream which Louise made for our afternoon snack.
