Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Staff should always involve the nursery DSL as soon as possible. The DSL is the Nursery Manager. In the Manager’s absence, the DSL is the Deputy Manager or Assistant Deputy Manager. One of the Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Deputy Manager is on site at nursery at all times during opening hours. The Managing Director must always be contacted about any safeguarding concerns.
