15. Communications

15.1   All written communications with customers / parents / carers and suppliers must be authorised by a nursery manager or director. Written communication shall be on authorised headed paper, written neatly with correct use of language and grammar.

15.2   Any communication which directly or indirectly commits the Company to financial expenditure, potential loss or has any other financial implication shall be authorised by the Finance Manager.
